1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. You must own or directly control the platform, channel, or community where you will share your referral link. Purity Collective employees, contractors, and their immediate household members are not eligible.

2 Application and approval

Every application is reviewed manually. Approval is at our sole discretion and we may decline or revoke an application without giving a reason. Submitting an application does not create an affiliate relationship until we confirm approval by email.

3 Commission

• Approved affiliates earn 15% of qualifying product value on orders placed through their referral link or code.
• Qualifying product value means the product subtotal after any discount, and excludes shipping, taxes, and fees.
• Orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or paid with an unauthorized discount do not earn commission. If commission was already credited on such an order, it is reversed from your balance.
• You may not earn commission on your own purchases, purchases made on your behalf, or purchases by members of your household.
• Wholesale orders, gift cards, and orders placed through a separate wholesale or partner agreement are not commissionable.

4 Referral tracking

Referrals are tracked with a 60-day cookie on a last-click basis. If a customer arrives through more than one affiliate, the most recent affiliate link before purchase receives the commission. Orders placed with your discount code are attributed to you regardless of cookie. We cannot credit a referral that our tracking did not record, including where a customer blocked cookies, used a different device, or removed the tracking parameter from the link.

5 Your discount code

Approved affiliates receive a personal code giving their audience 10% off product value. The code may not be combined with other promotions, does not apply to shipping, and may not be posted to coupon aggregators, deal forums, cashback sites, browser extensions, or paid coupon directories. Codes found on those channels will be deactivated.

6 Payouts

• You choose your payout method at application: store credit toward your own Purity Collective orders, or cash by Zelle or Venmo.
• Commissions are held for 30 days after the order date so returns can settle, then become payable.
• Payable balances are paid on a monthly cycle once the balance reaches $50. Balances under $50 roll over to the following month.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate. We are not able to recover a payment sent to an incorrect Zelle or Venmo handle that you supplied.
• Store credit is issued as a single-use code, does not expire, and has no cash value.
• Accounts with no referral activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed. Any payable balance will be paid out before closure.
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
• If you choose cash payouts, we will ask you for a completed Form W-9 before your first payout is sent. We cannot release a cash payout until we have it. Store credit affiliates will be asked for a W-9 if their annual total approaches $600.
• We report total payments of $600 or more in a calendar year on Form 1099-NEC, as required. Store credit counts toward that total at its face value.

7 How you may promote

• Disclose the relationship. Every post, video, story, email, or page carrying your link or code must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, in line with FTC endorsement guidelines. "#ad", "paid partnership", or a plain sentence saying you earn a commission all work. Burying it in a bio or a hashtag pile does not.
• Research use only. Our products are sold for research use only. You may not describe them as medicines, supplements, or cosmetics, and you may not state or imply that they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
• No dosing or protocol advice. Do not publish dosing instructions, injection or administration guidance, cycles, stacks, or protocols alongside your referral link or code.
• No personal results as product claims. Do not present weight loss, body composition, healing, or other outcomes as results our products produce.
• Stay accurate. Do not misstate our pricing, testing, sourcing, purity, or certificates of analysis, and do not invent endorsements, credentials, or affiliations.

8 What is not allowed

• Bidding on "Purity Collective" or close variants in paid search, or running ads to a domain designed to look like ours. Other paid advertising is allowed if it follows section 7 and the ad platform's own rules.
• Buying domains, usernames, or handles that include our brand name.
• Sending unsolicited email, DMs, or texts, or posting your link as unsolicited comment or forum spam.
• Listing our products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other marketplace or resale channel.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirect scripts, typosquatting, or any tracking manipulation.
• Using our name, logo, product photography, or COA documents in a modified form, or in a way that suggests we produced or approved your content.
• Promoting alongside content that is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or illegal.

9 Brand assets

While your account is active we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logo, and product images to promote Purity Collective. You may not alter them, register them, or use them after your account ends.

10 Ending the relationship

Either of us may end this at any time for any reason. On termination your links and code stop working and any payable balance is paid on the next cycle. If we end your account because of fraud, tracking manipulation, or a violation of section 7 or 8, we may withhold unpaid commissions connected to that activity.

11 Changes to the program

We may change the commission rate, referral window, discount code, payout terms, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be emailed to active affiliates at least 30 days before they take effect and will apply to orders placed after the effective date, not retroactively.

12 Liability and governing law

The program is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost referrals, or tracking failures beyond the commissions actually payable to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
